A Taste of What Sets Us Apart

Wood-fired Difference
Our imported Sicilian wood-fired oven brings bold, smoky flavor to every pizza — it’s a special part of our kitchen.

Lucky Theme Nights
Join us for Pasta Wednesdays, Calzone Thursdays, and Fish Fridays each week.
Fresh flavors, friendly faces, and something to look forward to.

Gathering Space
More than a restaurant — it’s a place to connect, celebrate, and make memories over great food and cold drinks. Perfect for holiday parties, reunions, birthdays, and more.

Fuel your round with fresh, hearty favorites designed to keep golfers (and spectators) happy.

Prix Fixe Pop-Up Nights
Curated, seasonal multi-course dinners that turn a night out into an experience worth savoring.

Sunday Specials
Game day, done right. Think crave-worthy pizza, wings, and shareables perfect for cheering (or chilling).
Behind the Scenes
Meet the people who keep the good times and great food rolling.

Owner
Teri Drake
Teri is the proud owner and visionary behind The Lucky Shot, a local favorite known for its vibrant flavors and welcoming atmosphere.
With over 25 years in the culinary world, Teri has built more than just a restaurant — she has cultivated a passionate team of chefs, servers, and staff who share a commitment to excellence and hospitality.
Together, they bring heart, skill, and teamwork to every dish and every guest experience, making The Lucky Shot a true community gem.

Head Chef
David Gilman
Born and raised on Redlands Mesa, he grew up working on a farm surrounded by a large organic garden. By age 15, he had already found his way onto the golf course, where his passion for the game would lead to four club championships in just three years — including a personal best round of 60.
After attending CU, he spent years traveling the world as a fly-fishing guide and photography assistant before returning home in 2020. A lifelong cook with deep farm-to-table roots (or “plant-to-mouth,” as he jokes, remembering washing veggies in the ditch as a kid), he now pours that same heart and dedication into the Lucky Shot, the golf course, and the community he loves — working every day to make them even better.

Fire-kissed fare
Whether you’re finishing a round or just looking for a good meal off the beaten path, Lucky Shot welcomes you with open arms and a fire-kissed menu worth the drive. From the glow of our Sicilian oven to the laughter that fills the dining room, every visit is a reminder that great food and great company always belong together.
